What are the skin changes?

What to do?
It is important for a mother to care for her body throughout her pregnancy to keep her body well protected, paying attention to her hygiene. Glycerine based soaps can be used to moisturize the skin instead of using normal soap. It is recommended to use body oils during the bath and apply moisturizing cream after the bath. It is important to regularly massage almond oil, cocoa butter or crack creams in these areas for cracks in the hip, abdomen and breast.

The color changes and stains that occur on the skin are often not permanent and pass through after birth. These stains can be covered with cosmetic materials during the day. Before going to bed in the evening, the make-up must be cleaned to make the skin air. Again, in the period when the skin becomes too sensitive, it is useful to apply high protective factor creams against ultraviolet rays before sunlight in the summer.

What should be considered when taking a bath or taking a shower?
Pregnant women are advised to bathe every day in order to provide body hygiene. The most important issue here is to take precautions to prevent the loss of the wet floor. Vaginal hygiene
One of the most common complaints during pregnancy is vaginal discharge. Breast care during pregnancy

The colostrum in the nipple can be cleaned with a lint-free cloth; daily chest pads can be used if it is too discomfortable during the day. After the second half of the pregnancy, the bra needs to be replaced. Cotton underwear, which does not squeeze too much, should be preferred.
